Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the VEIVO AI Photo Editor application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Service

VEIVO AI Photo Editor provides AI-powered photo editing services, including but not limited to:

• Image Enhancement: Upscale and improve image quality using AI
• Photo Restoration: Restore old, damaged, or faded photographs
• Colorization: Add color to black-and-white photographs
• Photo Recreation: Recreate and reimagine photos with AI
• Scratch Removal: Remove scratches and imperfections from photos
• Photo Brightening: Enhance lighting and exposure in dark images
• Image Animation: Transform still images into animated videos
• Image Combination: Combine multiple images into a single composition

Account & Authentication

Your account is automatically created based on your device identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account access.

• One account per device is created automatically upon first use
• You must not share your authentication tokens with others
• You must not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms

Credits & Purchases

The App operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive a complimentary allocation of free credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Subscription plans provide recurring monthly credit allocations
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period
• Purchased (one-time) credits do not expire

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed automatically and will renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a current subscription period

User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the images and content you upload to the App. By using our services:

• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for providing the requested services
• You represent that you have the right to upload and process the content you submit
• You must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• We do not claim ownership of any content you upload

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate or distribute deepfake content intended to deceive or harm
• Process images of minors in inappropriate contexts
• Create content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without authorization
• Abuse or exploit the credit system through fraud or manipulation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of AI-generated results
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
• Processing times may vary and we do not guarantee specific completion times

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may delete your account and stop using the App at any time. Please contact us if you wish to have your data permanently deleted.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
